These terms apply to your use of adforcealpha.com (the "Site"), operated by Ad Force Alpha LLC ("Ad Force Alpha," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
Our services
The Site describes the marketing services we offer. Information on the Site is general and isn't an offer or a contract. If you hire us, our work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. That agreement controls pricing, scope, billing, any guarantees and other terms, and it takes priority over anything on the Site.
Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, website and how you handle leads. We don't guarantee any specific results unless a guarantee is stated in your written agreement with us. Testimonials on the Site reflect individual clients' experiences, and your results may differ.
Forms and communications
When you submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to share it. If you check the contact box, you agree to be contacted by Ad Force Alpha by phone and email about your inquiry. If you also check the text message box, you agree to receive text messages from Ad Force Alpha about your inquiry, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages isn't a condition of purchasing any service.
Text message terms

- Frequency: varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

- Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to submit false or misleading information, send spam, interfere with the Site's operation or security, or break any law.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logo and "Ad Force Alpha" name belong to Ad Force Alpha LLC. You may view the Site for your own use but may not copy or reuse its content without our permission.
Third-party services and trademarks
Google, Google Ads and Local Service Ads are trademarks of Google LLC. Ad Force Alpha is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The Site may link to other websites, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ad Force Alpha isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
