Ad Force Alpha LLC ("Ad Force Alpha," "we," "us") provides Google Ads, Local Service Ads, websites, SEO and related marketing services to local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through adforcealpha.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email, phone number, and, if you choose to share them, your business name, website, location, monthly ad budget, how you heard about us, and your message. We also record whether you checked the consent box.
Information collected automatically when you submit a form. Your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page you submitted from, and any campaign tracking codes in the page link (such as UTM codes or a Google click ID).
Information from clients. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our services, including billing details and access to accounts you choose to share with us, such as Google Ads.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on adforcealpha.com.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call
- To send you a confirmation of what you submitted
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry, if you've agreed to that
- To provide, manage and report on the services you hire us for
- To protect our site and forms from spam and abuse
- To keep records required for tax, legal and accounting purposes
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, as described below.
Google Ads account data
When a client gives us access to their Google Ads account (for example, by linking it to our manager account), we access that account's campaign, performance and settings data through Google's tools, including the Google Ads API. We use this data only to manage, report on and improve that client's own advertising. We don't sell it, share it with other clients, or use it for any other purpose. Access is limited to Ad Force Alpha, and the client can remove our access at any time from their Google Ads account.
Ad Force Alpha's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, form processing, data storage and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Google (Google Workspace): email
- Resend: sending notification and confirmation emails
- Twilio: sending text messages, if you've agreed to receive them
- Calendly: scheduling the calls you book with us
- Google Fonts: loading the fonts used on our site, which shares your IP address with Google
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for following up with you or serving you as a client, and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our lead dashboard, and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Emails: reply to any email and ask us to stop.
- Access, correction or deletion: email steve@adforcealpha.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor them as required by law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
